i logged in and realized that my last journal entry is from two years ago. suffice it to say quite a lot has happened since then. i haven't been creating much permanent art, but i've learned to play about 50 songs on the guitar, 3 of which i wrote myself. i've got a dog. if there was one center to my universe, she'd be it right now. raising another living creature from babyhood is definitely an art. mostly i've just been travelin around this western land by thumb on the highway and freight train. i've seen some amazing places and met some really awesome people. and i have learned a lot.
